Short answer: a custom residential dry sauna in Brazil costs between R$ 38k and R$ 140k installed - from a couple's cabin to an 8-seat room. The long answer, the one that prevents nasty surprises, follows.
| Capacity | Typical cabin | Heater | Installed range |
|---|---|---|---|
| 2 people | 1.6 × 1.4 m | Harvia 4.5 kW | R$ 38-52k |
| 4 people | 2.0 × 1.8 m | Harvia 6 kW | R$ 52-74k |
| 6 people | 2.4 × 2.2 m | Harvia 8 kW | R$ 74-105k |
| 8 people | 3.0 × 2.4 m | Harvia 10.5 kW | R$ 98-140k |
Indicative ranges from our own factory, with basic installation and no freight. Use them as a ruler against any proposal - including ours, in the price list.
A typical session (40 min of heating + 1 h of use) burns 6-10 kWh depending on the heater - pocket change at residential rates. Annual maintenance: timber treatment and a check-up - included in year one of our projects. The complete math for your case comes with the free 3D design.
A generic-kit cabin, yes - but with thin timber, a heater at its limit and a short life in the Brazilian climate. Our honest entry door is the 2-person cabin from R$ 38k, with a 3-year warranty.
On equipment, similar; on infrastructure, it swaps wiring for a chimney. Worth it for the ritual (estates love it), not for the savings - see the outdoor sauna.
The tub + chiller set starts at ~R$ 30k - the math is in where to buy an ice bath.
