Nobody signs an R$ 100k project without first knowing whether it's R$ 60k or R$ 160k. Below, the ranges we actually practise - indicative, with basic installation, freight excluded. The firm number comes out of the free 3D design.

The heater rule is physics: ~1 kW per m³ of cabin. Glass and high ceilings ask for one step up in power - a detail we settle in the design.

40% deposit to enter the production queue, 40% on release for shipping (with photos of your finished kit), 20% after installation and the signed temperature test. Never 100% upfront.
Because access, wiring, finish and freight genuinely move the number. The range steers the decision; the free 3D design locks the figure with no surprises.
The 250 L compact tub with a 1 HP chiller is the shortest road to ice bathing at home - the set from R$ 26k. On the sauna side, the 2-person cabin is the entry door.
The standard flow is 40/40/20 by bank transfer. Specific terms - including corporate buyers and phased builds - we agree at signing.
