A hotel spa doesn't need 200 m²: it needs a scene. A sauna house with a glass front to the valley, two cumaru tubs with crystal-clear water and rolled towels - that's the photo the guest posts and the "wellness deck" line that justifies the rate step. The rest is our engineering: continuous-duty equipment, filtration and a cleaning routine housekeeping can run.
