A custom home sauna is not a shrunken club: it's a design for living together. The cabin has to talk to the barbecue, the ice barrel can't steal the walkway, and the chiller's hum can't compete with the conversation. That arrangement is what we hand over in the 3D sketch - free, within 5 working days.

The three classic fits

Gourmet area: a 2-4 person cabin where the dead cupboard used to be + an oval tub near the counter drain - the circuit five steps from the grill.
Garden/backyard: an outdoor sauna house with a deck and a stone path - the family's late-afternoon programme.
Penthouse/balcony: a glass sauna facing the view + a double tub - the apartment becomes a resort.

What we check before drawing

Floor: a full tub weighs 500-1,200 kg - we verify the slab and support.
Wiring: a 4.5-10.5 kW heater needs a dedicated circuit; we map the panel.
Water and drain: filling is a hose, emptying is a drain - the route has to exist.
Neighbours: chiller in night mode + dampers for apartment balconies.

My gourmet area is 3 × 4 m. Does it fit?

The whole circuit fits: a 1.6 × 1.4 m cabin, an oval tub with a 70 cm mouth and the chiller hidden behind a louvre. Walking space remains - we show it in 3D before any commitment.

Will the works trash the house?

The cabin arrives in finished panels and the tub arrives whole: a typical installation runs 2-4 days with a drill and silicone - no demolition. Masonry-sunken plunges are the exception, scheduled with your own build.

Does it raise the property's value?

A home spa is the kind of improvement that shows up in luxury listings. The Global Wellness Institute pegs wellness real estate growing ~18% a year worldwide - and brokers in Alphaville and BC already use 'recovery room' as a selling point.
