A custom sauna in Ribeirão Preto - recovery for the agro belt

Capital of agribusiness, 40 °C from October to March and the countryside's biggest concentration of gated communities: Ribeirão is the market where the cold plunge pool stops being a luxury and becomes personal climate control. Bonfim Paulista, Quinta da Primavera, the region's estates - the complete circuit arrives from the factory.

Ribeirão's heat is a calendar, not a surprise - and the local gated-community lot has room to spare for the complete duo: a 6-seat panoramic sauna with glass to the sunset and a round cold plunge pool sunk into the deck. On the estate, the outdoor sauna house with a pool beside it becomes the 21st-century gazebo.

Where the projects happen

Bonfim Paulista (Quinta da Primavera, Santa Ângela): backyard pavilions with a hot + cold pair.
The region's sugarcane and soy estates: an outdoor sauna + a pool for the main house - the well-closed-harvest programme.
Jardim Olhos d'Água and Nova Aliança: penthouses and houses with a compact spa.
Franca, Sertãozinho and Araraquara: same logistics, freight itemised.

Does the pool hold 4 °C in October's 40 °C?

It does - we size the refrigeration for the upstate's worst month, with a thermal cover recommended. The panel at the rim shows 4; the machine lives in the niche, out of sight.

Do you design alongside my landscape designer?

Yes - we deliver the technical dossier (loads, plumbing, wiring) and the 3D with the mosaic applied for the landscaper to integrate; details under for architects.
